Sketch Notes - The process of creating sketches is called "sketchnoting" or "visual note taking". Frequently, sketches are made as an alternative to conventional transcripts. In contrast to texts, sketches are rarely linearly structured. The hierarchy of the content is determined by the type of visualization. [1]
Purpose - Sketchnotes fulfill the task of making the content more comprehensible. They should contribute to better remember the information transmitted, using the mnemonic mental factors . Much like a scribble Sketch Notes can also be used in developing new content and ideas. They are also used for reflection, networking with their own prior knowledge and the practice of visualization techniques. Sketches make it easier to exchange information on the subject. [2]
